What we collect

When you send us an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, phone number, year group and message you type into the form. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, we hold whatever you send us there.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and to arrange sessions. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Session notes

Notes taken during counselling sessions are kept confidential between the counsellor, the student and, where the student is a minor, the parent or guardian. We will not share them with a school or a third party without your permission, unless we are required to by law or there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to sessions are deleted within a year. Records for students who have taken sessions are kept for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to revere.agac@gmail.com and we will act on it.

Other services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the enquiry form is delivered by a form service that passes your message on to our inbox. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The reading list on our blog uses an Amazon affiliate link, which means Amazon may set its own cookies if you follow it.
